MTS-METALSPECIALI S.R.L., data controller, in the person of Dr. Antonio Maria Prini, legal representative pro tempore (hereinafter also "MTS", "Company" or "Owner")

INFORMS

pursuant to Art. 13 of the EU Regulation 679/2016 ("Regulation"), that the data that will be provided by you have the purpose of being able to contact you in order to negotiate the relevant commercial offer. Your data may also be used for further promotional purposes only if you give your specific consent and in accordance with the terms set out in this notice. 

1. Data processed and conditions of lawfulness of processing 

The data you provide are of a non-sensitive nature and consist of:

1. name, surname, email, telephone number, domicile, company name. 

The processing of such data is necessary to allow the Company to contact you and negotiate the related commercial offer. 

The data indicated at letter A may also be used for promotional purposes (sending of newsletters) if you give your specific and separate consent.

All data provided by you will be processed using computerised and paper-based tools, adopting organisational and technical measures appropriate to the risks involved in the specific processing. 

2. Purpose of the processing

The Company processes the aforementioned data:

1. to contact you and negotiate the relevant commercial offer
2. for any promotional activity.

3. Obligation to provide data and consequences of refusal to process data
   • The provision and processing of the data referred to in point 1 letter A above is mandatory in order to contact you and negotiate the commercial offer. 
   • The processing of the data as per point 1 letter A above for promotional purposes as per point 2 letter b above is a mere contingency, subject to your consent. Your refusal shall not affect the negotiation of the commercial offer.

4. Recipients of data

The data may be communicated to employees of the Company, professionals and consultants.

5. Storage period

Your data will be kept for a short period of time, which is necessary for the Company's representative to contact you. Should no contractual agreement be reached at the end of the offer negotiation, the data provided by you will be deleted, without prejudice to any legal obligations requiring a further retention period on the part of the Company.

6. Rights of the data subject 

As a data subject, you have the right to request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or erasure of your personal data or restriction of its processing or to object to its processing, as well as the right to data portability. A request to oppose or restrict the processing, as well as a request to delete your data may result in the impossibility of contacting you and negotiating a commercial offer. The Regulation also grants you the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

8. Effectiveness of the information notice

This information notice supplements and replaces, where incompatible, the previous information provided pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code).

9. Minors

The service, including the request to receive newsletters, is intended exclusively for persons of legal age. It is forbidden for minors to enter their data.
